Kim is a mom and licensed hairdresser, who has owned successful businesses in both the profit & non-profit world. She is an International Educator, Mentor, Award Winning Author, Public Speaker, and the Founder of a National Nonprofit Hello Gorgeous! of HOPE Inc where they provide surprise makeovers for women battling cancer nationwide. Kim has been described as energetic, positive and inspiring.

Kim Co-Founded with her Husband Michael a National Nonprofit called Hello Gorgeous! of HOPE Inc. through which she developed and created the Hello Gorgeous! Salon Affiliate Program Foundation. The nationwide program has certified thousands of salon professionals, in more than 100 salons, empowering these stylists with the education and tools needed to properly care for salon guests who are battling cancer. Kim recognized the need for such a program as it was not something she had been taught in beauty school.
